In a few years, our coastline will be inundated with ocean water...melted icecaps that have flooded all the low lying coastline on earth.  The maps predict that the ocean on the NW Coast could reach the Rocky Mountains!  The Swedes have already implimented precautions that will cut their carbon footprint by 30% in five years.
